About

Dancing Miss Daisy is an Inclusive Dance provision specifically tailored for those with additional needs.

Since 2018 I have provided sessions to equip students with a voice, an outlet, and the creative skills to make informed movement decisions.

Together, we Dance to reflect each student’s thoughts, feelings, and unique perspective on the world.

We use music and movement to creatively explore what Dance means to each one of us.

About me

Dancing Miss Daisy came from my two passions: Dance and working with those with SEND.

Alongside my career as a professional Dancer, I worked to support young people with complex learning needs, which was incredibly fulfilling.

I hold a Diploma in Dance Education, a Diploma in Dance Instruction & a Level 6 National Diploma in Professional Dance, as well as having over a decade of experience in SEND and mainstream settings.

I endeavour to deliver high quality, well planned Dance lessons with an ever evolving teaching practice informed by my varied career.

I truly love what I do, and sharing my lifelong passion for Dance gives me a joy that makes my Mondays, and every day, wonderful.
